As a young dancer, I was technically trained in jazz and ballet, which provided me with a strong foundation. However, as I’ve grown older, my passion for commercial dance has truly flourished. Watching incredible dancers perform in music videos, on TV shows, and in live performances has always been my greatest source of inspiration and motivation to pursue this career. Being featured in Ciara’s music video would be a life-changing experience for me. As I mentioned earlier, this type of opportunity has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. Ciara’s music has always been a favorite of mine to dance to, and it constantly fuels my passion. This milestone would mark the beginning of a new chapter in my career, giving me the drive and confidence to chase even greater achievements and inspiring me to reach new heights in my dance journey.
With $20,000, I would invest the money to help afford an apartment in either Los Angeles or New York City; two of the greatest cities for dance. As a small-town girl from Oklahoma, I’ve always dreamed of pursuing a career as a professional dancer, and this financial support could be the boost I need to make that dream a reality. Living in a city with endless opportunities would allow me to train with the best, and fully immerse myself in the dance industry to achieve my goals.
