I have an urban contemporary dance style with the ability to incorporate a little ballet and jazz when the music leads. I feel like I’m like the rose who grew from the concrete when it comes to my dance style because even in environments that I wasn’t expected to flourish in, I still bloom. My dance inspirations include Ciara, of course 😆, (I was doing the matrix’s in my mom’s living room as a kid and still do it til this day) alsoDebbie Allen, Usher, and many more greats
This opportunity to appear in Ciara's music video would inspire my daughters who have a passion for dance and many girls and moms by proving that dreams can be achieved despite extreme adversity. It also aligns with my vision for my private Facebook group 'Mommies Club' and will restore hope to women of all ages and backgrounds. I just wanna share my light with the world through dance.
The private Facebook group I founded “Mommies Club” gives mom’s a safe space to rid themselves of mom guilt while also providing a healing hub and several resources. My goal for the group since inception has been to open up a center where these moms can come for mental health, food, housing, and financial literacy resources; including but not limited to scholarship opportunities. This will help break societal norms.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
