I would describe my dance style as fusion. I blend the elements of dancehall and hip hop with the sexiness of heels and sensuality into one. As a kid I was super inspired by Ciara, Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Beyonce, Shakira and Aaliyah. Growing up in a blended household, the influence of the Caribbean heritage had also taken form within me, which is why I consider my dance style to be fusion.
Having the opportunity to be in Ciara's music video would make the younger me so proud for taking the chance nervous and all. The younger me would be so ecstatic for me being recognized by one of our greatest idols, and she'd be the most proud of me for not giving up on dance when life has gotten hard. The prize money would also be of great impact in my financial standing and allow the opportunity for me to invest in my mission and growth of my small businesses.
I would invest the money into acquiring my film and production studio, which will have a dance studio inside as well. This investment will provide the grounds for me to be able to make an impact in my family's lives and others, through the environment I cultivate and income made through it.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
