Dance has provided me with a positive outlet when I need it most. I danced through college as vice president of the dance club, working with all skill levels who shared a love for the art of dance. This included those who had never danced before to those who had been dancing just as long as me. I now teach stretch/conditioning, hip-hop, and lyrical classes to students who I get to watch bring my choreography to life while adding their individual personalties to it all. I love all genres!
This would allow me to meet others who also share a passion for dance. I have always been the person who has enjoyed giving back to others. I consider my time teaching students as a chance for me to give back what my former teachers had spent the time teaching me. Being in this music video would give me a chance to do something fun for myself while also inspiring my students that they can do whatever they set their minds to in life! I have always wanted to be in a music video!
I would donate a portion to my dance studio to give back to those who have helped me become the dancer I am today and support my students who deserve to continue having dance in their life; create a scholarship fund for a student whose family may need help with paying tuition to keep their dancer in classes; send my parents on a vacation as a thank you for all of the years of love and support they have shown me because I would have never been able to learn this art without them.
