I am a trained dancer who has performed live in various arenas, theatres, and local stages. I have appeared in 3 dance films, winning best performer 2019 Dance Alabama, Film Festival. My inspiration is helping beginner dancers and aged artists find their rhythm & remember their why. Im inspired most by God when it comes to dance, but what keeps me going is the little girl inside of me and all the girls I’ve helped along the way in my journey with dance. I will dance until I can't
I started lessons when I was 3. But when I saw Ciara, I really wanted to learn how to dance! I can remember sweating and almost breaking my knees at the age of 9 or 10, trying to learn the dance routine that was on her “Promise” dance along cd. I wanted to master her slow knee drop/bounce. Ciara helped me embrace a lot of different parts of myself and my dance journey. Dancing with her would positively impact my portfolio, my outreach, and my knees. :) Dream come true.
I’m currently facing a new beginning as a divorced single mother. Life is taking me on a path I did not see for myself 5 years ago. $20,000 not only would help in removing my school debt, but also help me start planting some roots for financial freedom, so I can continue to create and spend time with my little flower, helping her grow and possibly learn her own 2 step too. ;)
