My dance style is popping growing up in my city Philadelphia I was exposed to block parties and dollar parties and new jack swing so I implement the Various Popping Styles with my East Coast Heritage and experience also with building blocks from the culture of popping.
I would be able to show the youth and The Culture that anything is possible if we keep grounded and stay persistent and we are still valued as hip hop being a global phenomenon it's not only about money cars clothes and industry and that we all have a voice we just need to speak up.
With 20,000 I would shed light on the underground scene to the Various styles of dance and let the world get a glimpse of that world to let it be known it's ok to study and live in your craft because we honor and love this dance that we show and prove it's as relevant and as powerful as it always have been.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
