As this competition has gone on, I’ve recognized that my inspiration comes from the people around me. I’m so grateful to be able to become a part of the Bay Area dance scene. You all see me and see the hard work I put in <3
This opportunity is going to introduce me to the community I’ve been looking for my whole life. Showing the world a disabled and dynamic dancer will make it more clear that dance is an art form; not only a sport for those in peak condition. We absolutely deserve the same love and support!
Such a life changing amount of money will ensure real and decent medical care, allow me to be present for my brother’s graduation party, and get my community to financial stability.
