When I was in middle school, I started to get into dancing by watching artist in music videos. I tried out one of the local studios recreational hip hop team to see if I liked it and wanted to try competing. I ended up falling in love with it, and started traveling for dance my Freshman year of high school. My style consist of street, competitive, sassy, and unique.
I am wanting to make dance into a professional career and share my passion with the world. I am a 21 year old head coach of a high school dance team that I started coaching 3 years ago. I want to be a role model for them, to show them to always chase their dreams, and to be proud of me. I also want to gain experience and learn new styles or ways of dancing and performing, and push past my current dancing abilities.
I would the $20,000 into my savings. I am currently in college, and have some loans to pay off. I would leave the rest in there as a safety net either for emergencies or a starting point for after I graduate and starting my official adult life.
