I trained since I was 3 starting out with just ballet and jazz then I expanded to modern, contemporary, pointe and hip hop. My inspiration starts with my dance teachers when I was young, my peers who I thought were better than me and whatever dancer I see on stage at a concert. I am inspired by any dancer who gets to do what they love for a living
It would impact my life because I have always wanted to share this art form on a bigger platform. I have loved Ciara since I was little and it would be confirmation that I should always keep dance in my life, no matter how old I get. It would open doors to the dance world that I would never think to be a part of. I also feel like it would positively affect my mental health as well.
I have always dreamed of opening up a dance studio. I also am in the hopes of moving out. I would love to help my family and community... as well as, keep ballet alive in the inner city.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
