My inspiration for dance is Hip Hop and Hip Hop Majorette. I've never trained professionally but I've studied dance over the course of the years through YouTube videos and the Dancing Dolls. Majorette came into my life three years ago when I helped start a step and dance team, joining as the Head Dance Coach.
Being in Ciara's video would just prove me that my doubts that I had about my abilities are irrelevant. It would prove that I'm just as talented and capable as those who are professionally trained and even if I'm not the best, I would put my best out there and will continue to grow in that area and inspire my girls that they are capable of more than what they think they are.
I would invest the money into a step/dance studio for my team. We practice at the rec center and run into all kind of complications, so having our own space and place to call our own would be great and is everything and more that they deserve. I would fight my hardest for myself but also for them.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
