I am trained in jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, burlesque and African dance. My inspiration was Michael Jackson. He was versatile and had a distinct style that identified with his brand. I strive to stand out and bring a fire that is infectious.
I am concluding my high school experience this year, as I graduate. I am looking forward to the college life but I would love to be auditioning for tours and Broadway musicals. Ciara’s music has been a staple in my household growing up. It would not only be an honor to dance beside her but also launch my career as a performer.
If I were to receive the $20,000 dollars I would use it for college, put some in my savings, and fund my own dance studio in my community to give children inspiration and confidence. I would donate as well to breast cancer because I know first hand from my mother’s side of the family that suffered from cancer.
