I absolutely love commercial dance, hip hop and tap are my favorite. I tend to analyze music to hit all of the beats, textures, and dynamics present in the song. Not only do I enjoy the movements qualities of the styles, but also the opportunities to perform using not just my face, but my whole body. There’s nothing I love more than giving 110% while performing. My biggest inspirations are Nick Bass, Matt Aylward, and Jade Whitmire. Their musicality and choreography fuels my soul.
My biggest aspiration in life is to travel around the world with an artist as a backup dancer. Not only would this music video give me the opportunity to dance along side an artist, but also the exposure that will help me reach my goal. This amazing opportunity will be the jump start to the future that I have spent countless years working towards. I can only hope that being in Ciara's music video will inspire young dancers and show them that dreams can come true.
As a young college student, I would use a portion of the funds to pay off students loans. I would then put the remaining funds towards booking with an agency and traveling to different auditions around the United States to continue to pursue my dream of being a backup dancer. If I’m fortunate enough to have any funds left, I will put it towards my family.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
