My dance style is a fusion of hip hop, traditional and hip hop majorette, jazz, and contemporary. I’ve had the privilege of leading and performing on diverse stages, serving as captain for both my high school majorette team and my college hip hop team. As a current MPA student, being in Ciara's music video would fulfill a lifelong dream of dancing professionally and performing alongside an artist who has inspired me since her Goodies debut on 106 & Park. Growing up, Ciara's energy and artistry shaped my passion for dance, leading me to captain high school and college teams while performing in musicals. This opportunity would be a pivotal moment, blending my academic journey with my creative dreams, showing that it’s not too late!
With $20,000, I’d prioritize opening a studio in Indianapolis. I’d allocate $8,000 for financial stability, including an emergency fund and debt reduction. Then, $7,000 would go toward studio setup: creating a business plan, securing space, purchasing equipment, and marketing. I’d invest $3,000 in personal growth through certifications, training, and networking. Finally, $1,000 would support self-care and $1,000 for community engagement, like hosting events to build connections
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
