Thank you for supporting me in this competition. Your donations and participation will benefit the Why Not You Foundation in their mission to fight poverty through education initiatives that empower youth to lead with a why not you attitude.
As far as dance styles, I’d consider myself a versatile artist, but drawing inspiration from emotions and the inner works of the body is very impactful when I’m dancing. It’s such a beautiful feeling when as an audience you can feel the raw emotions of a dancer whether light or heavy, and that’s what I strive for.
As a coming up artist, this would be an amazing opportunity that would set me ahead, and allow me to engage in the experience it takes to be one of the “best”, working with an amazing artist such as Ciara doesn’t come along often. My goal as a dancer is to influence others and be an inspiration, this would be one step closer to that dream.
With $20,000 I would use this money, and incorporate it in the dance studio I would like to open in the near future, I want to spread the art form and give my best to other aspiring dancers and opening a dance studio is a great way to do so.
