My dance style combines ballet, contemporary, jazz, and modern elements, each of which provides a unique manner for me to express myself. Ballet gives a foundation of discipline and beauty, whereas contemporary and modern genres allow me to express raw passion and vulnerability. Jazz provides a bright energy and rhythmic playfulness that allows me to interact with the music in a more dynamic manner. My inspiration stems from a desire to convey my feelings and experiences via dance.
Being in Ciara’s music video would be an amazing opportunity to blend my love of dance with her artistic vision. With training in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and modern, I’d bring a unique perspective to her choreography, adding emotional depth and technical skill. Working with Ciara would inspire me to grow creatively and express myself in new ways. This experience would open doors in the dance industry, helping me advance both artistically and professionally.
If I received $20,000, I’d use it to pursue my dream of becoming a Radio City Rockette. I’d invest in specialized jazz and precision dance training, travel and lodging for New York auditions, and high-quality dance gear to build my portfolio and social media. I’d also set aside funds for living expenses, allowing me to focus fully on training and auditions without financial concerns.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
