I am a all styles dancer that specializes in freestyle dancing, drawing inspiration from styles like reggae, afro, and hip hop. My inspiration with dance comes from my passion for story telling and using movement and music to connect and create a emotional experience. Dance is my first language when my words don't work. Dance is the thing that once i start i find my true self at my best self using dance as a tool to inspire, communicate and entertain others.
To be apart of Ciara's music video would change my life. Its always been a dream of mine to be a back up dancer for super stars such a herself. being able to reach this goal would strengthen my desires to show my younger sibling that, with hard work, dedication and proper preparation its possible to seize opportunity when god presents them. Working with Ciara and her team with be and amazing addition to my resume but more importantly it would check off one of my life long goals
I would invest into myself and take this opportunity to travel and learn more about dance and its foundation from some of the best dancers world wild. Using this opportunity while i have the momentum to audition more and hopefully land my dream gig to be a back up dancer on tour at least once in my dance career.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
