I'm currently enrolled in (CSAA) a performing arts academy, where I've performed for many events (stage, film, and TV) in the DMV area. I'm a quad threat (sing, dance, act, play 4 instruments.) As for dance, I'm skilled in contemporary, fusion, hip hip, ballet, and modern. I've learned from some great talent including the late great Hinton Battle. I don't have a particular favorite but I do believe that dance is much more than moving on a beat, but to tell a story through the moves.
This is Ciara! Just being in the same room with her is a life changer. It's hard to get chances like this unless you're in NY or ATL. I certainly won't take this opportunity of being able to network and add this accomplishment to my resume' for granted. I'm praying that this will be a game changer in my life. I grew up listening to Ciara especially level up and 1 2 Step. I'm confident neither of us will regret working with the other. I'm also a quick learner and just enjoy doing what I do.
The $20K dollars would be used to invest in my craft. There are some workshops I'd like to attend. I plan to go to college as so this could help offset some of the costs. I'd also get reliable transportation.
