My dance style is a combination of African dance, majorette, and hiphop which involves footwork, high energy, storytelling, and both smooth and sharp movements. I've always been inspired by Ciara as a dancer because of our similar dance backgrounds. Her style, confidence, and control of the stage has always inspired me to dance better than myself and not anyone else, as I look forward to bringing something unique and fun into the competition.
Being in Ciara's music video would not only be a dream come true, but it would completely change my status in the dance/music industry, allowing me to share my talent across the world and become an inspiration for young, talented, black dancers like me whose goals are to make it big.
With the $20,000 i will be able to financially support my family, go to college, and build a wellness center in honor of my grandfather whom I lost to cancer.
