My dance style is very personal, moody and divergent. I enjoy the feeling of dance more than just choreography itself. My intention with movement is to connect first and the inspiration comes from that. When I understand what the music, words and beats are doing- that creates the space for me to authentically execute whats being/been created and show up as myself.
The impact of this opportunity puts me in position to focus and gives me confirmation of my purpose.
Winning the $20,000 cultivates the goal of moving somewhere brand new and inspiring! I want to place my foot heavily in the dance community. I can use the earning to better myself through Networking in a new environment with the chance to strengthen my body and pursue growing my dance dream(s).
