My strongest dance styles are ballet, jazz technique, and Pom but I’m well-rounded dancer and trained in various types. I’m inspired by Ciara, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, NFL cheerleaders, and the Rockettes. I’ve been dancing for over 20 years, gymnastics for 8 years, and cheerleading for 3 years. I was on a dance team at Central Michigan University
This would be an amazing, validating, & fulfilling opportunity. Not only would it be a once in a life time chance to dance with Ciara but it would expand my professional dance career allowing it to go further than ever before. This would be fun and an opportunity to train under extremely professional dancers. I would take the opportunity to learn everything I can from the experts. It’s something I would not take for granted, understanding that many people would want to be in my spot.
I would do a lot with the $20,000. I don’t want this opportunity for the money, I want it for the dancing. I would probably keep half and give the rest to friends in need, and my favorite charities which are Planned Parenthood, ACLU, and services for animals such as local shelters and rescues and the Purple Leash Project which offers pet friendly shelters to domestic violence victims.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
