My dance style is unique and diverse. Growing up, I often tried to mimic the dancers around me, but I've since learned the importance of staying true to myself. This authenticity is reflected in my dance style. My inspiration comes from a variety of sources, including those close to me, like my mom, aunt, and sister, as well as icons such as Ciara, Usher, Beyoncé, Sean Bankhead, Paris Goebel, and many more.
Being in Ciara’s music video would impact my life in many ways! It would expose me to a whole new world of creativity and artistry, offering an experience unlike any other. Sharing the same space with Ciara and her team would provide invaluable opportunities to observe, learn, and grow. Additionally, this music video would allow me to meet new people, build connections, and potentially open doors to future opportunities.
$20,000 would bring me closer to achieving my goals on and off the dance floor! I would invest in expanding my dance career by traveling to LA to gain new experiences, connections, and opportunities. I would also invest into my education. As a student at a HBCU with a yearly tuition of $50,000, I am pursuing a psychology degree with the ultimate goal of integrating mental health awareness into the entertainment industry.
