Watching how passion manifests in different peoples bodies fascinates me, and experiencing the liberation of this art form has changed my life dramatically. Ciara is an artist whose power and artistry radiates through a screen. To be able to witness the process of creating a music video, and be apart of it would give me a wealth of knowledge to help expand my dance career. Ever since admiring professional dancers as a child, I’ve wanted to participate in a project exactly like this one and meet other one of a kind artists. I will strive to be a valuable addition to the space, and be a performer artists are glad to have apart of their work.
I currently attend Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and am a student of the commercial dance program. Going to college was a priority to me and my family, and I was lucky enough to have supportive parents who were willing to encourage a professional dance education. My parents work multiple jobs yet keep loving smiles on their faces. This amount of money would be a significant contribution to pay for college, lessening the burden of my privilege to attend school.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
