I’ve been in dance since I was 3, learning everything from ballet, tap, acro, hip hop, production and so much more. My favorite type of dance to do would be a sassy jazz or up beat hip hop.
As I move through my dance career I’m focusing on my outcome. I want to be able to preform along side many talented musicians and performers. Ciara is one of my icons! Her talent is amazing and to say I danced along side her or was even the same room as her would be amazing! I can carry that with me hopefully into a career and we can work together again in the future. It may open up doors for other people but to see me and say “I want her in my video or on my stage!”
I would help my mom pay for dance. It can get really expensive and she does everything she can for me. It would be a way to show thank you for believing in me and my dreams and making sure I can continue to do what I love. The rest would be put in a savings account to help me with college in the future.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
