My dance style is HIP HOP with a sprinkle of Jazz, ballet, contemporary, vogue, gymnastics etc. My mother was my biggest inspiration , she was a huge Janet Jackson fan, every performance and music video she had recorded VHS Rhythm Nation and Pleasure Principle was one of my favorites . Some of my inspirations growing up were Ciara, Chris Brown, Missy ,Britney Spears Aaliyah. You had to grow up in my era to understand Huge fan of the 90s grew up in Atlanta around so much flavor and swag.
I know that what I have is natural talent, it’s simply a gift that I was blessed with it’s so much more than dance but to perform . Getting your audience to feel what you feel and be moved. Illustrating a story through movement based on music. We all get consumed with work and life that we sometimes neglect our calling but I know this is my purpose.
I would definitely use it to invest in myself and continue to drop content showcase my talent and craft that God blessed me with . I grew up in Atlanta and I know many dancers. I will create a platform for them to showcase their talents as well . So many styles of dance that inspire me. I just want the world to see the beauty feel the emotion and understand the art of dance. My content will get the attention of many artists. Thank You Ciara!!
