I would consider my dance style to have dynamic, sass, sex & edge! I’m inspired by so many creatives, especially my training coach and mentor. I’m a visual creative so once I see it I can replicate it to my body style and envision what I want it to look and feel like. I strive to be exploratory with my movement to push myself to beyond my limits.
The impact would be powerful to say the least. I’m a millennial that grew up on Ciara and learning her choreography from her CD. This opportunity would open so many creative doors that would help me take my training and mentorship to the next level. I’m beyond blessed and excited to even be considered. I love being able to make an impact in my community and even communities I’m not from. Being from Chicago in the dance community is already top tier so this is 100% next level!
Honestly I would pay some bills. Either pay things off or down. I don’t have much debt but being out of a job for a year and a half set me back a little bit to where I wasn’t able to double up on payments to pay things off earlier as I planned. I would also invest in my Nephews future with schooling and give some to my siblings and parents to make sure they’re straight!
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
