My dance style is primarily based on contemporary, as I use it to express the emotions I’ve experienced. However, I love “dance” itself, so I’ve also explored and danced various styles such as Heels, Arms Control, Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, Popping, and many others.
Ciara’s music has always been an inspiration to me since I was a child, as the older girls I looked up to would use her songs for competitions. Her tracks became something I deeply admired. If I were to be part of her music video, I feel like I could tell my younger self to keep going, which would be a powerful affirmation of my journey and life.
I have many dreams I want to achieve, but my ultimate dream is to hold my own performance that expresses my life. I want to host this performance in various places and inspire many people. I would use the $20,000 to help fund this dream.”
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
