My style is diverse. I love to execute old school Hip-Hop moves in addition to Samba, Salsa, Bachata, Afrobeat dances, Kizomba, Bhangra, Belly Dancing, etc. I depict dancing as being identified as a universal language. In 2023, I celebrated my birthday by dancing with locals in the streets of Brazil! The locals embraced me and we connected through dance! I'm self taught and an eager learner to learn different cultural dancing. Cultures of the world inspire my style of dance!
Being in Ciara's music video would impact my life tremendously! It would assist me in inspiring the world to live, love, laugh, and dance regardless of your age! I'm almost 46 years old and I've been dancing since the age of four. I've had no formal training in dance but have always had a passion to dance! I share this passion, weekly, by teaching dance fitness to students that deal with depression, grief, low self esteem, etc. This music video would be a completion of my top bucket list goal!
I would invest the $20,000 into my nonprofit, "Transend 2 Transform Dance Fitness"! Transcend 2 Transform Dance Fitness focuses on transforming minds and bodies through different styles of dance via dance fitness! The organization works tirelessly to fight against health disparities. Transcend 2 Transform Dance Fitness coordinates and provides free classes to individuals of all ages, races, and demographics as an incentive to promote health & fitness everywhere!
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
