Truthfully, my passion I started dance really late in life, but have done so much in such a little time I’ve danced for the NBA and more.
Thank you for supporting me in this competition. Your donations and participation will benefit the Why Not You Foundation in their mission to fight poverty through education initiatives that empower youth to lead with a why not you attitude.
My dance style is Hip Hop. I learned how to dance on my own watching videos. Then I found the NBA Cavs who helped me develop more skills like popping, waving, krump and BBoying.
I would feel joyful. Why, you ask? When I was younger and first started dancing, my very first performance at middle school was to “1, 2 Step” by Ciara. I always dreamed of dancing with artists like Usher, Ciara, Chris Brown, and Missy Elliott. While I know it may never happen, Michael Jackson was also one of my biggest inspirations. If my childhood dream were to come true, I would feel so proud and fulfilled.
I would put some towards a dance studio for my students. We currently dance at a rec center and would love to get them a home and secondly bring out a instructor like Paris from royal family Ian Eastwood, Brian Puspos or even Tim Melvin to teach a work shop for them.
