I can’t really designate myself to one specific style of dance, considering that I know a good amount of them all. However, My favorite dance style would have to be hip-hop and contemporary. I grew up with inspirations like Sean Lew, Kaycee Rice, Chris brown and choreographers like Buildabeast, Ysabelle Caps just to name a few. They motivated me to keep going no matter what and to never think that i can’t do what other people can no matter the circumstances.
The impact would be unimaginable. The city I am from does not have many resources where I can train or learn different styles of dance so everything I know is self taught. I was built from the ground up brick by brick! And that motivation comes from passion. This will mean so much to me because it will finally make my dreams into reality
There are Many things I can do with $20,000 however I will most definitely relocate myself to a place that provides more opportunities for myself. I would give back to my Alma Mater band’s program! And would also look into building a studio for me and even for others to come and express themselves whenever they want since I didn’t have those resources. While also enrolling in classes that would accelerate my dancing.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
