I’m a very versatile dancer. I’m trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, African, Latin, lyrics, and modern dance. I’d say my biggest inspiration is the calling I have to be a representative of Christ in the dance world. I want to inspire other believers who have creative gifts that it’s for a reason, they don’t have to compromise their faith to be successful, and they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them! <3
It’d impact my life because it’d be confirmation for me that God’s always had a plan, He’d always had something bigger for me, and that my obedience to Him has not been for nothing. Even if I don’t get picked, I’ll still praise Him. But the music video and $20,000 would help me with my dream of starting a Christian performance-based dance team in my area. As I mentioned above, I’d use it to minister, honestly. I’ll start a Christian performance-based dance team in the DMV and open a studio. I’ll donate some. And I’ll give some to the church. The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
