My dance inspirations are competition style dancers like Tate McRae, Ellie Wagner, Maddie Ziegler, Ava Wagner, and Autumn Miller. I love the Pop Star affect of the movement quality these dancers have. I adore the way they make dance so effortless and look easy, when every dancer knows how hard it is. These dancers are absolutely stunning and beautiful to watch.
Being in Ciara's music video would truly impact my life because I have looked up to dancers that have the same movement quality as Ciara and it would be so beautiful to share the stage with someone so inspiring and incredible. Additionally, it would act as a jumping off point for my dance career. It would give me the money to explore this world and give me the name recognition to be able to become the people I look up to most.
If I won the $20,000, I would put the money into an investment account and save those funds to open my own gender inclusive, body positive, and accepting studio for everyone who has ever wanted to be a dancer. This studio is my dream because I want to offer dance therapy and classes for every age so everyone can feel included and valued in this space.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
