My dance style definitely comes from my background in ballet and jazz. I love to use a mix to create my own style that is both soft yet sharp.
Being in Ciara’s music video would allow me to reconnect with my passion for dance which I find can often get lost in the battles of getting seen as a dancer. It would remind me that I am a bad ass who is worthy of doing great things.
$20,000 would greatly alleviate my students loans that I had to take out in order to better myself as a dancer in college. I don’t come from a lot of money so student loans were the only way to make it through college.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
