I have been dancing for 11 years and have been competitive dancing for 9 years now. I train in all styles of dance consisting jazz, hiphop, lyrical, ballet, contemporary, etc. In the dance world there are many creative and inspiring artists, but I would have to say that my biggest inspiration is my dance mentor who has trained and worked with me every since I was six years old. She has been such an important part of my life, career wise and has shaped me into the dancer AND person I have become!
My family actually really love listening to Ciara, so growing up I have been surrounded by her performance. This would be another big step into my dance career and in hopes to make something out of myself. I have always wanted to be a background dancer for a performing artist and I truly believe that Ciara could be my big break!
With the prize money I would put that towards my college tuition. Going into college and soon-to-be growing up as an adult on my own, I hope to get this startup to help get the foundation and find my balance at first to help pursue my dreams!
