i would say my dance style is storytelling; whether thats hip-hop, lyrical, or salsa. The reason I started dancing was because i feel as if i already knew what was going on before i could even comprehend the words you would use. dancers have this switch that they turn on when they perform and their movements say more than their words ever could. that is astonishingly beautiful to me.
To start off, I have been watching Ciara’s music videos since I was young and she is an icon to me balancing sexy, stylish, talent, and joy. Being in this video would be like a giant hug to younger me. As well as it would help me make and boost connections to build on my dance company
If i won the $20,000 I would put it towards my company. i am 18 now, however when i was 17 I started an LLC named “Omni Studios” which is a dance company that i had founded. It has always been my dream to open a dance studio and be able to share my passion of dance and teaching with the world.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
