My dance journey started in church at 11, where movement was my language for worship, healing and self-expression. As I grew, I pursued various styles of dance becoming the captain of a majorette dance team, dancing for the WNBA, and teaching at Jewel Dance Academy in College Park, Ga. Dance helped me reclaim myself after becoming a mom, and now I serve by teaching women to reconnect with God, their bodies and emotions; inspiring grace and strength through life transitions.
Being in Ciara’s music video is about legacy. Her journey reflects everything I stand for: faith, resilience and impact. This opportunity would elevate my ability to inspire and teach on a larger scale. This would be the ultimate example of what’s possible when talent meets purpose.
I would invest a portion into Jewel Dance Academy, to provide elevated experiences for the dance community we serve. Our motto is: “Little Girls with Dreams become Women with Vision.” Since joining JDA in 2018, we have trained young ladies in dance and leadership, preparing them for the high school, college & professional dance teams of their choice. I have improved as a teacher, dancer, and woman, growing in the same confidence and skill we teach the young ladies of our communit
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
