Growing up , I was always inspired by Ciara’s music, with my first choreographed routine being 1,2 step when I was just 5 years old. From that day forward I remember planning countless dance routine with my older sister, and we would perform at every family gathering. Later on we explored Latin music, and choreographed a flash mob for my grandmas 75th birthday party. I truly found my style while exploring different dance classes in high school and college and that’s hip hop<3
Being in Ciara’s music video would be a dream come true. As I get older I found myself less willing to take risk and I feel like I need to take the safe route in my career, but an opportunity like this would allow me to pursue what I actually love which is dance and performing.
With 20,000 I would finally be able to pay my tuition and finish enrolling in my final semester of college. Due to financial obstacles, my graduation has been postponed by 3 semesters. With the extra money I would buy my mom a car, and help her restore the pipes in her home so she can have running water again.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
