Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

My favorite dance styles are hip-hop, afrobeats, and reggaeton. I love learning choreographies from major studios like 1 MILLION and Millennium that often use influences of Black and Latin cultures. Outside of these styles, I've also explored contemporary, K-Pop, garba, bhangra, waacking, ballroom, and classical Latin dances. My biggest inspiration in dance is just seeing other passionate dancers succeed and follow their dreams. I find it incredibly brave to trust and follow your ambition.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

Being in Ciara’s music video would impact my life immensely and encourage me to finally pursue dance in my career. I've always been scared to treat dance as more than a hobby, but I'm so inspired by those who understand the obstacles in pursuing the creative arts and continue regardless. I would be so incredibly honored to perform with other amazingly talented dancers and Ciara, and performing professionally is my greatest dream. I would remember this opportunity for the rest of my life!

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would use a portion of the $20,000 to help pay for my future master's degree in social work. I want to go into social work to positively contribute to my community by hopefully offering therapy services in Spanish as well as English. I would also use a portion of the money to give back to my parents. We've recently gone through some extremely stressful situations of loss, maintenance issues, and health complications in my abuelita, and I would love to relieve some of the monetary stressors.
