Help me compete to become the Dance Icon and appear in a music video with Ciara and win $20,000!
My dance style is very groovy. I like to move soft and elegant like a snake In water, but I like to be sharp on beats you wouldn’t normally hear. I am well trained in many different Dance styles, such as contemporary, ballet, jazz, modern, Afro beats, African, Tap, ballroom, clowning , Heels, and Hip hop. My inspirations has always been Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Ciara , Misty Copeland, Missy Elliot, Teyana Taylor, Martha Graham and Alvin Ailey.
This would Change my life in so many ways by opening up so many doors for me as a dancer, performer , choreographer, teacher, and just as a person. I would be able to let the world see my craft and what I am capable of! This would help me financially be able to further my self to train, travel, give back, and open up my own dance studio. I Have a degree in Business and Dance and my Dream is to use my Degree to perform nationally, give back to my community, and open up my own dance studio.
If I were to win the 20,000, I would invest the money by opening up my own dance studio, and starting a dance program to give back to my community. I would also help my family and loved ones that has helped me further my career and supported me through my entire journey. I also have college tuition that Some of the money would go towards.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
