My dance style is all about blending power with fluidity. I draw a lot of inspiration from a mix of hip-hop and contemporary, where my energy meets storytelling. I have been heavily influenced by choreographers such as Charm L'adonna, Sean Bankhead, Todd Williamson and Jasmine Badie because of their ability to push the boundaries with their creativity and bring groundbreaking work into the industry.
Being in Ciara’s music video would be a life-changing opportunity that would help me start my career as a professional dancer with a bang! The chance to collaborate with top-tier artists and creatives would expand my network and push my skills to new heights. Being from a small town in Canada, I hope to inspire other young dancers to follow their dreams and work their hardest for what they want.
With the $20,000, I would continue paying for my university and use the rest to support my mom. She’s always been my #1 fan, even when things got tough. As a single mom, she worked tirelessly to support my dreams, from helping me move to California for a year to dance, to being there for me through every setback.
