I have experience and training in Hip-Hop, Jazz, Heels, Modern, Contemporary, and Afro-Colombian. These styles allow for me to feel something special that no other experience in life can give. I have a passion and inspiration in supporting not only myself but others through these styles, whether that is on stage along other talented artists, in the studio, or teaching dancers. Additionally, these dance styles allow me to embrace who I am; and to feel confident and empowered as an artist.
Being in Ciara’s music video would completely change my life. My dream and goal is to be in the commercial dance field, working with amazing dancers, artists, and videographers. This opportunity would not only allow me to improve and grow as a dancer, but it would also open doors such as other connections and possibilities. I have spent several years training and researching the commercial dance industry and am constantly inspired and motivated by the industry and hope to be a part of it s
If I was to receive the $20,000 I would use some of it to relocate to either New York City or Los Angeles, as I am from a small town in Pennsylvania where it would be hard to pursue commercial dance. Additionally, I would give some of the money to my parents as a thank you for supporting my dreams and for the sacrifices they’ve made along the way. Along with that, I would use part of the money to help pay off student loans!
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
