Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

Ciara was one of my first inspirations growing up. Seeing her made me want to move. I started doing hip hop and lyrical dance at the age of 9 but went on to get professionally trained in college. I love learning all styles of dance because there is no one style without the other. The more you learn, the more opportunity to develop your sense of style as a performer.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

I went to school for dance and theatre and graduated with a kid and pregnant with my dance degree. Due to COVID and life, I wasn't able to take the opportunity I wanted then. This feels like the chance to make my dream decision that I never got to do before. This chance will not only open up the dance world for me but continue to show me that I can achieve any tasks I desire and hopefully let me be a light to show others they can to.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would invest in not only my future but my children's future. By investing in my career, it will set me ahead of the goals I have set in place for the future of my business and provide a relief for myself, my husband, and my kids. I will also set aside funds to finally do something to give back to my hometown and give the kids there a similar outlet to what dance did for me. There are so many talented individuals there, they just need the platform.
