My dance style is liturgical mixed with jazz and majorette. I grew up in church my entire life and liturgical will always be my number one. My biggest dance inspirations are Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, and Michael Jackson. Ever since I was a kid I’ve looked up to them in a major way. Anything you throw in front of me I usually tackle it
It will finally give me my big break into being a professional dancer and will help me achieve a goal I had since I could remember. Even when I followed the normal path of getting a job after college, I continues to persevere in taking dance classes. I’ve been feeling discouraged these past few years since I haven’t been dancing as much but this opportunity will build my confidence back and reinstill my desire to dance
Invest back into myself by either going to dance school or take dance classes regularly. Pay off some bills that I have including student loans. Travel the world because my grandmother always encouraged me to put myself first.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
