Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

I started as a self-taught dancer, learning from YouTube, doing Kpop and 1Million covers, and improving through self-critiques. Last year, I moved to Nepal for a year to focus on dance, exploring lyrical, Bollywood-influenced hip-hop. Now I am learning heels, ballet & contempt with work study at local studio. Growing up, I never got to take dance classes or saw Nepali people in creative fields in the US. So dance & performing arts is something I want to continue doing.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

Being in Ciara’s music video would be a full-circle, life-changing moment, going from making dance covers to being in one. It would validate me dropping engineering career, push me to grow, and open doors in the dance industry. I also hope it would inspire the Nepali community to follow arts more. Most importantly, I’d be really happy and proud of myself.

What would you do with the $20,000?

As a first generation immigrant, I didn’t have the chance to take dance classes growing up. So, a lot of my dance journey was self learned. With the $20,000, it would allow me to keep dancing & pursue other performing arts—training more, attending workshops in cities like NYC or LA, and doing original creative projects.
