My dance style consists of contemporary, technique, and zest. Most people would say I am a “firecracker” in a nut shell. My inspiration comes from Alvin Alley and how constructive his form of art for dance still inspires today. I too hope to inspire just as whom all came before me.
To be apart of Ciara’s music video will not only allow me to continue my passion for dance, it will allow me to network and apply all of my social skills. This opportunity will help me navigate myself in the dance world to become a better person, dancer, and young woman working in the field of dance.
If chosen for this once in a lifetime opportunity I will take the 20,000 and open a in community dance program. In my 8 years of dance experience many young black girls have looked up to me in hopes to stand in my position and have hopes their potential can take them far. I intend to help them strive for what can be possible and turn them into beasts. That is my goal!…
